The Best Green Smoothie Bowl

Ya’ll, this is a recipe made for hot summer days. It’s refreshing, sweet, healthy, customizable AND easy to make. What else could you ask for? Not sure what to do with the rest of your frozen mango? The Best Green Smoothie Bowl

This green smoothie bowl is simple, packed with micronutrients, and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh spinach (packed)
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 3/4 cup mango juice (I like this one but you could use any mango juice or non-dairy milk!)

Directions

  1. Add all of the smoothie ingredients into a blender. I use a nutri-bullet, but any high-speed blender should work. If you need to, you can add 1/4 cup of extra juice to help it blend.
  2. Transfer the smoothie into a bowl and top with your favourite toppings. I like strawberries, walnuts, blueberries, banana, hemp seeds and ground flax. It’s also really delicious with granola and pumpkin seeds! If you want to take this smoothie to go, throw it into a mason jar and enjoy!.
